Your CV and your covering letter will be what gives our first impression of you. So, you need to write these very carefully!

We will use these in our pre-selection process, so make sure you say who you are, what your strengths are and the skills you have, as well as what it is about this job that particularly attracts you.

Our recruitment team will study your application, and if they feel you and what you offer might be right for the job, we will contact you for an initial interview. These often take place by phone or video call and will give us our first real impression. If we then decide to move to the next stage, we will arrange a face-to-face interview.
